From 4:00 to 7:00 pm is a block called Toonami. Most of the shows are anime:

Dragon Ball Z - 5:00

Gundam Wing - 5:30

Tenchi Muyo! - 6:00

Batman - 6:30

That's about it for cable...I hear that the Starz/Encore action channel has some anime, but I haven't checked it out. Have fun!
